Witam serdecznie mam pytanie Byłem niedawno w Ełku na 3 zawodach sprintu samochodowego mam pytanie co do kierowców startujących to czy trzeba mieć prawo jazdy czy dałoby wystartować bez niego??? I czy samochód musi mieć wykupione OC czy musi mieć ważny przegląd techniczny itd... Z góry dziękuje i pozdrawiam Kaper
