You don't want the fuel tank inside with you if there is a fire
It should be in the back and with a metal panel separating it from the driver. The tank from an old 1960's VW was often adapted to other cars.

do not worry Tom! Polish rules are a 100 times more liberal than latvian - I know this by experience. Where ever you go in the europe with any car over 9 second 1/4 mile, rules will be more forgiving than latvian ones. Because latvia is only one country in the world where rules of drag racing are made by non-drag racers. Just go there, you definitely will enjoy races in Poland. |

fuel tank placement rule is just wrong, you have to change it guys. |
