Kraza po miescie plotki, jakoby prezes wytoczyl proces koledze P. za spowodowanie katastrofy/zagrozenia w ruchu ladowym (chodzi o wypadek w ktorym zginal J.).
Czy to prawda?

Prosze, aby pan prezes sie ustosunkowal do pytania (lub inna dobrze poinformowana osoba).

Lecz się człowieku na głowę :lol: chyba na tym forum nie było większej bzdury.
Proponuję zadać pytanie również tu : http://www.pudelek.pl
Pomijam, że aby je zadać trzeba być kompletnym ignorantem w kwestiach prawnych.
